"B.C. offers international students the advantages of access to a superior
quality education system, a high standard of living, a multicultural society,
stable surroundings, and stunning natural beauty," said Moira Stilwell, Minister

British Columbia has a world-class education system and a proud tradition of
welcoming international students to its borders."
